Please read these terms carefully before using our website or applying for admission.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website of ICON Safety Academy (“Institute”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and your application for, and participation in, any course, training or placement-assistance service offered by us. By accessing the website or submitting an application you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an application.

1. About the Institute

ICON Safety Academy is an educational and training institute providing programmes related to industrial safety, fire safety, health, safety & environment (HSE) and related certifications (including guidance for OSHA, IOSH and NEBOSH). Our registered / operating address is:

2. Website Use

  • The website is provided for information about our courses, faculty, alumni, gallery and admission process, and for submitting applications or contact requests.
  • You must use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, the server, or any data stored by us (including the admin area or registration data).
  • Content on the website (text, images, logos, course descriptions) is owned by or licensed to ICON Safety Academy and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

3. Admission Applications

  • Submitting an online application does not automatically guarantee admission. Admission is subject to verification of documents, eligibility criteria, availability of seats and any other requirements communicated by the Institute.
  • You must provide true, accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of the application or cancellation of admission without refund of any fees paid.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any documents you declare or upload (marksheets, certificates, photograph, identity documents) are genuine.
  • The Institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel an application at its reasonable discretion.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Course fees, registration fees and any other charges will be as communicated by the Institute at the time of admission or as published for the relevant batch.
  • Fees once paid are subject to the Institute’s fee and refund policy (which may be communicated separately or updated from time to time). In general, registration fees are non-refundable. Course fee refunds, if any, will be considered only according to the written policy applicable to that batch and after deduction of administrative costs.
  • The Institute does not collect card or online payment details on this website. Any online payment link provided will be through a recognised payment gateway or offline bank transfer as instructed by our office.
  • You are responsible for keeping proof of any payment made.

5. Courses, Training and Certification

  • Course content, duration, eligibility and delivery method (classroom / practical / guidance) are as described on the website or in the prospectus and may be updated for academic or regulatory reasons.
  • Successful completion of a course and award of any certificate or diploma depends on meeting the attendance, assessment and other requirements set by the Institute or the relevant certifying body.
  • Guidance for external certifications (OSHA, IOSH, NEBOSH etc.) does not guarantee that you will pass the external examination or obtain the external certificate; that remains the responsibility of the student and the external body.

6. Placement Assistance (Important Disclaimer)

ICON Safety Academy provides placement assistance and career guidance. This includes help with interview preparation, resume support and sharing of opportunities where available.

  • Placement assistance is not a guarantee of employment or of any particular job, salary or location (including Gulf or overseas positions).
  • Actual employment depends on many factors outside our control: the student’s performance, interview success, market conditions, employer requirements, visa rules (for overseas opportunities), and the decisions of third-party employers.
  • Any statistics about past placements, recruiter partners or success rates shown on the website are indicative of historical experience and do not constitute a promise for future batches.
  • We do not charge any separate placement fee beyond the course fees unless clearly stated in writing at the time of admission.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect faculty and fellow students, follow safety rules during practical training, and not engage in any activity that harms the reputation or operations of the Institute. The Institute may take appropriate disciplinary action, including cancellation of admission, for serious misconduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All study materials, notes, presentations, logos, website design and content provided by the Institute remain the intellectual property of ICON Safety Academy or its licensors. Students may use them for personal study only and may not distribute, sell or publish them without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICON Safety Academy and its management, faculty and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on information on the website, or from the admission, training or placement process, except in cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a particular course shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the student for that course.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting an application you also consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or with your relationship with the Institute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Champaran / Bihar, India.
